Look, Dave has been doing this for TOO long to not know what he is talking about. From our very first call, he skipped all of the schmoozing you get from other agents and just gave us the straight facts about the market, what we ought to expect, and how to win in an extremely competitive environment. We were first time homebuyers, and Dave helped explain and navigate us around common buyer pitfalls, like eye candy houses, super low bait prices, offer letter missteps, etc. Dave absolutely oozes with subject matter expertise. Perhaps more importantly, he is humble, hilarious, and responsive - a true pleasure to work with. His integrity is remarkable, and he is a man of faith and discernment. If you’re in the Rochester area trying to buy a house and you’re sick of looking, losing offers, etc - go to Dave. Be straightforward with him about your deal-breakers and desires, and he’ll be straightforward right back at you about what it’ll take to get there. By the way, we were on the market for TWO WEEKS before we found our dream home. (Other real estate agent friends of ours say that we got our place for a significantly lower price than we should have.) Dave is just that good.

We have used Dave Baxter many times over the years. In fact, our whole family has used Dave to buy/sell their homes! One of our favorite services he offers is to have workers come and do all the small and overlooked jobs that can really help a house during the showing and selling process. His workers have helped us on multiple homes. This service allowed us to focus on the other aspects of our busy lives, and Dave oversaw the whole thing for us. Completely stress free!
